We've found that these bags work best when you pack foods of a similar temperature together, packed as cold as possible. Pop the ice-pack on top as cold air sinks, circulating around your food. Try not to open the bag too often to keep the air inside nice and cool for longer.
This bag is washing machine safe, however we recommend you use a cold wash and a delicate cycle, then dry in the air. Or, you can use a mild dish soap and a damp sponge to wipe it down inside and out.
This bag is not suitable for the oven, microwave, dryer or dishwasher.
