• We do not accept returns of products that have been personalised – if you change your mind, please tell us as soon as possible, before we start personalising your order.
• For non-personalised products, we do not give refunds if you change your mind, but we are happy to give you a credit note if you return your order as it was when you received it – unused and still in its original packaging.
• We accept returns within 14 days after you receive a product. We will issue you a credit note if you cannot find something else in exchange, which will be valid for 6 months.
